Our Team

The Rancocas Valley Education Foundation is managed by a volunteer board of trustees, who donate their time, expertise and resources to broaden support for the students of Rancocas Valley.  Our Board is here because education is important to them. They may have children in school now or have had children or relatives graduate from RVRHS. They are business owners, educators and community leaders. They care about cultural enrichment, scholastic enhancement, arts and education, technology, continuing education and professional development.

Mark Miller, Chairman Mark is the current Chairman of the RVEF. He and his wife have 3 children in the school district. A graduate of Wake Forest and Villanova, he has been involved in the family business since 1996 and is currently responsible for the daily operations. Besides volunteering to coach soccer, baseball, lacrosse and basketball, Mark is also involved with the Mt. Holly Elks, Mt. Holly Rotary, St. Andrews Church and Big Brothers/Big Sisters, along with various professional organizations.

Ken Montgomery, Vice Chairman Ken has served as the Vice Chairman of the RVEF since 2019. He has four daughters who are all alumni of RVRHS. Since moving to Hainesport in 1996 with his wife, Ken has been very involved in the RV Community. He coached for the Hainesport Soccer Club and was also involved in the girls' soccer and lacrosse programs at RVRHS.  A Gettysburg College graduate, Ken currently serves as the Vice Chair and Deputy Mayor for Hainesport Township.  

 

Sean Kennedy, Treasurer

Jill Clevenger, Secretary Jill and her husband have lived in Lumberton for over 25 years and have 2 daughters, one who currently attends RVRHS. She has been on the Lumberton Township BoE since 2015. Jill has volunteered for other organizations including the Lumberton PTA, Sacred Heart Church Catechist, GSCSNJ RVSU treasurer, registrar and leader, the Lumberton Youth Assocation and RV Soccer Club.

Rosanne Tullio-Kwiatkowski, Trustee Rosanne and her husband have lived in Lumberton since 2004 and have 3 children in the school district. She has volunteered in various local organizations, including Lumberton PTA member; Sacred Heart Parish Catechist; Past President, Lumberton Youth Association; Past Member, Lumberton Township Land Development Board. Rosanne is currently a member of the Rancocas Valley Soccer Club Board and Founder/Secretary of the Lumberton Township Education Foundation.

John Vining, Trustee John has been involved in coaching with Sacred Heart CYO baseball, LYA, and RVSC soccer. He has also been a boards member on both LYA and RVSC. Recently he has been a founding trustee of the Lumberton Township Education Foundation raising funds for the needs of the students in the Lumberton School district.

Les Risell, Trustee Les and his wife are 20-year residents of Lumberton Township, with 4 children in the district. He has held several board positions with local business organizations like the Greater Lumberton Regional Business Association, Lumberton Township Land Development Board, the Mt. Holly Rotary. Les was also founder and long time coach of the Rancocas Valley Youth Lacrosse League.

Dr. Christopher Heilig, Ex-Officio Trustee Chris has been the Superintendent of RVRHS since 2015. He began his teaching career in Moorestown, then as a teacher in the Lenape Regional High School District before obtaining administrative positions. Along with playing a leading role in developing and implementing RV's strategic plan, Vision 2020, Chris initiated the district's current strategic plan to improve educational equity. Chris holds a bachelor's degree from Kean University, a master's degree in Educational Leadership from The College of New Jersey, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Rowan University.

C. Miller, Ex-Officio Trustee Chip is the President of the RVRHS School Board. He has served on the board for many years. He is a graduate of RVRHS and Rutgers College. Chip is active in business and other organizations in the community. He has three grandchildren currently at RV.

Joseph Martin, RVRHS Liaison Joe began his teaching career at RVRHS in 1998. After 10 years in the classroom, he went on to serve as an assistant principal at Bordentown Regional High School for 4 years and principal at Palmyra High School for 3 years. In July of 2015, he eagerly made his return "home" to RVRHS where he has since served as the school principal. Joe resides in district with his family and all of his children are proud Red Devils!
